Sarah Branigan joined Antfarm in May 2006. She grew up outside of Charlotte,
North Carolina and studied art at the North Carolina School of the Arts and
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she graduated with a
Bachelors of Fine Arts in 2001. She then spent four years in Georgia where
she worked with a volunteer organization and earned her Masters in Art
Education from the University of Georgia in 2005. She returned to North
Carolina to teach art in the public schools and pursue painting.
